If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase after receiving the ZAO goods within 14 days from the day that the products have received, the Customers has the right to return it.
An email should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org including on the email subject “[RETURN]” explaining the reasons. We will investigate and answer within 24 hours. Our aim will be to make sure we satisfy our Customer in any reasonable issue that has risen and come to a mutual agreement.
The returned ZAO product must be returned to our address within the 14 days where the condition of good must be in an excellent condition and the package should be sealed as it was from the factory. Opened box items/goods or damaged products cannot be returned, also any freight cost are always paid by the customer.
Moreover, if the Customer has a genuine reason of returning goods, after written authorization by D.M Crocodeal Ltd, the goods must be returned to D.M Crocodeal Ltd through the courier service it was originally dispatched or registered post and should bear insurance. This is notably necessary should they get lost or damaged. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of the said product. Alternatively, the customer could return the goods to our Head Office – 12 Z George Anagnostopoullou Street, 2047 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Returned products can only be accepted in their original state, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals. A copy of the relevant invoice should be included. Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted and thus no refund will be affected.
D.M Crocodeal Ltd has the right to perform the necessary tests on the product in order to verify that the said product is in good condition. D.M Crocodeal Ltd Customer Service Desk normally takes 1-2 working days to perform the necessary tests on a product.
