To place an order through our website, you should create an account. When you create your account please fill in all the fields and especially the phone field (work or home) where you can be reached at any time. D.M Crocodeal Ltd will not be held responsible in case of delay derived from missing data in your account.
All data should be entered in ENGLISH language only and any further communication with D.M Crocodeal Ltd should be done in ENGLISH.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
During checkout you have the chance to cancel your order or you can remove/add products or services from your shopping cart by pressing the button next to the item accordingly.
Once checkout is completed you cannot cancel or change your order. Having placed your order, an email will be forwarded to you confirming your order. You will be able to check the status of your order on the website as well as retrieve/view previous orders.
The system engine verifies the validity of user input in order to avoid mistakes or errors during the order placement. Critical information like email address will be tested automatically, in cases that we cannot validate and email address then we will return a notification to the customer to proceed accordingly with correction.
Any physical addresses shown in the system has been already imported using the electronic index provided by the local Post Office authorities. If the customer cannot find his/her address indexed in the system then we will request an email notification to enter the particular address or by using our hotline (22.351231) to report the problem for an immediate action from us.
